By using Snip Namibia?s Website (?Snip?) or other Snip Namibia?s Services (?Snip Services?), powered by Namibia Online Marketing Services cc (?NOMS?), you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions (the ?Terms of Service?). Content At Snip, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. The Snip Website will provide information of a wide variety about Namibia and other States of Southern Africa as well as commercial information of various products, services, auctions, employment and immovable properties. The non-commercial access to Snip Website is free of charge. All commercial use of the Snip Services is bound to a contract between Snip Services and the third Party. This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the Snip Services or received through any links provided in the Snip Services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the Snip Services or received through any links provided in the Snip Services. This limitation shall also apply, without limitation, to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services. Lost profits, or lost data. Snip Namibia Privacy Policy We recognise that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the type of personal information we gather when you use Snip Services, as well as some steps to safeguard it.
